How to Order
The entire inventory of products placed on Crossroad.com is in stock and available. You can order products or services in two ways:
- Online
- Via telephone
Online orders
Both registered and guest users can order online. If you want to purchase an item, adjust the item's quantity you want to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button, which will add that item to your shopping cart in the requested quantity. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as you want.
An indicator, next to you Shopping Cart icon, on the Title Bar shows the number of items already in your shopping cart. When finished shopping, go to your Shopping Cart page by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon, adjust the quantities and options for each item, like size, color, etc. Then select the delivery method and fill-in delivery address, recipient's contacts. After that you can choose a payment method and proceed to submitting your order.
We have wide range of payment options available on the site for your convenience. Our operators will contact you to confirm the order and will process your request.
Orders via Telephone
We also accept telephone orders. To order an item via telephone just call us at: +374.60.448.448. Our Call Center works every day from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Delivery Details
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days depending on the delivery address. In some cases, when the delivery item requires special processing per customer demand, particularly in case of handmade products, orders require additional 3-5 working days for processing, which will be prompted on the Shopping Cart page, at the delivery section.
